WHAT PATIENTS SAY, Survey Monkey August 2006

An online survey offered to all my patients in August 2006 revealed, that 46% of the surveyed patients were referred to me by an existing patient and 12% were referred by a doctor. 65% would certainly refer a friend. 42% already had. The following is a word-by-word transcript of all the feed back entries.
